A very good hotel, the treatment is good, there is somewhere to send children, the animators in the playroom are wonderful, kind, responsive, some doctors, of course, can make mistakes, for example, look at the throat with a phone flashlight 😶, but there is also one minus, I came with my grandmothers and brother, they gave rooms in the 1st building, my brother has a room with windows facing the trash can and the ceiling, my grandmother and I had windows facing the trash can, but we were moved and everything became fine) I come 8 times already, every year, the prices are of course high, and the food gets better every year It’s getting worse and worse, it’s greasy and the only choice is pasta and cabbage, but the pastries are good. In general, come, you won’t regret it)))

Nice sanatorium, freshly renovated rooms, large selection of treatments, radon baths, mineral water, evening events, etc. Also nearby are paths of varying difficulty, very beautiful nature and clean air. The downside is that the food is low-budget despite the prices; many treatment rooms are in need of renovation. Overall a good and healthy holiday.

I was on vacation with a friend from 11/09/2023 to 11/14/2023. The room is gorgeous, I clean it, change the bed sheets, the building is clean and quiet. Even at the reception we were greeted quite decently and the man delivered our suitcases to our room. Special thanks to him) It’s a simple vacation package that includes a swimming pool, but not every day like in Russia, but every other day. In total, according to the number of days, we got three times, they offered us a time for lunch, we refused, well, it was either tank or food🤷. We were given a time of 18.30, and that was only one hour. We agreed. On the last day, arriving at the same time, it turned out to be a sanitary day 🙈. We had to arrive at 14.00. The pool is very small. You can drink tea only after the pool, because there are not enough dishes for everyone. Although they only let in a maximum of 10-12 people, we were absolutely terrified😩. The power supply is a completely different story, the food is so-so and the assortment is not important, but there is also someone who stood in front of him and the slippers. We saw fried fish twice in 5 days, and then in the plates of vacationers, one woman asked in front of me, more fish, she was rudely told one baking sheet only🤣. There was juice, miraculously we drank it twice, stayed for lunch and As we were leaving we saw how they brought it out in decanters, but who knows, we ate on the second shift and there was almost no one in the hall. Well, fruit drinks without sugar and warm. SPA treatments are very expensive and the complex does not include what you need, and there are no places for your own vacationers. We went to the neighboring beds, call the number, she’s very decent and an expert in her field, she’s just crazy. People, draw your own conclusions and book other hotels, for example Russia or Aurora, we vacationed there. This time in Russia it was busy.

I was at the sanatorium in January from the 11th. I took a health package for 10 days. The room is good, clean, comfortable mattress, cleaning every day. The staff and medical staff are polite and friendly. The rooms in the hydropathic clinic look a little shabby. But the halls were decorated very beautifully - even for New Year's, which was very pleasing and created a pleasant impression. The food was buffet - overall 4, there were a couple of oddities. For example, for dinner there could be two (different) milk porridges, for the second pilaf (also cereal), for a side dish of buckwheat - a question arises for the person who compiles the menu... Very beautiful area, there is an ice skating rink. There are two ski slopes within walking distance. If you want to party, there is a karaoke restaurant and bars opposite the sanatorium. There is a small gym, but the equipment there needs to be changed a long time ago; they do not at all correspond to the general level and are a little disappointing. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay in Altai-West, thank you)) I recommend it for a vacation.

We had a great rest for two weeks starting January 4, 2022. Just a fairy tale, everyone is friendly, good rooms and their service, treatment, festive entertainment programs, food are all at a high level. Well, Belokurikha herself is very cool. Restaurants, skiing, we also enjoyed horseback riding, and we were lucky with the weather.

The best sanatorium in Russia. I think that says it all. Rooms for different budgets, the most luxurious medical building, thoughtful leisure for vacationers. Free excursions, cinema, music, poetry meetings, the game "Mafia" - this is a real cult among vacationers. In the lobby you can purchase excursions throughout Altai, there is even a ticket office from the bus station. At the reception they sometimes give you free karaoke tickets - club "Solo")) In general, if there is a sanatorium, then only “Altai West”. Everything is here. Almost like in Greece)))
